Colfax Long Term Care is located in Springer, NM and consists of a 33 bed Low Level Nursing Facility. We’re are a family-oriented environment, and we are the leading nursing home in our region.

We promote a truly welcoming, loving and family atmosphere, and this makes all the difference to our residents. Our expert and knowledgeable staff treats our residents as if they were family. Visitors often express that they intend to be residents after their loved ones when their time comes.

Colfax Long Term Care is updated, despite the age of our building, and we have full safety equipment and systems, including sprinkler system, and computerized fire alert systems. There are cameras throughout the common areas for our residents’ protection, who’s safety is paramount.

Colfax Laboratory Services

Laboratory - Springer, NM - South Central Colfax County Special Hospital District

Colfax Laboratory Services partners with Tricore Labs, fro Albuquerque in order to provide the full-spectrum of outpatient laboratory services for all of our patients’ lab tests.

Our laboratory is CLIA Certified and consistently has zero deficiencies when we’re inspected. Our history of inspections stands proudly with no errors. All of our equipment is properly and regularly calibrated, and our staff is highly qualified and full trained.

The lab is located in Springer, NM, but our staff travel all of Colfax County and work with clinics, doctors’ offices on a rotating basis. When the situation calls for it, our talented staff will also make house calls to homebound patients when they require laboratory tests and services.
