South Central Colfax County Special Hospital District proudly offers primary healthcare services, as well as a list of labs and other medical services for patients of all ages at our Moreno Valley location, in Angel Fire, NM.
Moreno Valley Clinic houses a staff of one family physician and two family nurse practitioners, and we’re open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
We are an appointment-only clinic, so please call to make an appointment. Lab Services are available on Tuesday and Friday mornings. Radiology Services are referred to Holy Cross Hospital in Taos. We are able to make referrals to physicians and specialists preferred by the patient being referred.
